Well... this post certainly is a bit late.. but better late then never i guess.

Just came back from Marilyn's place watching Hostel 2 and i tell you.. this show is literally downright wickedly gruesome man!! So much that i was cringing in my seat and eww-ing at every scene. The plots that Q.T comes out with... damm saddist man!!

Well.. been going to the gym quite frequently nowadays (every Tue and Thursday with the occasional Sats or Sun)

All thanks to my lovable collagues ( it's always fun to have exercise buddies)

Although i'm still in under no conditions to be called "fit", i've noticed pretty much improvements to my fitness levels ever since i started hitting the gym.
