It's clear that I need structure. Need to get up in the morning, empty puppies, do stuff with my day....

it was awesome to be in NH last week -- and awesome to feel as though i was helping. For all that i needed to be out of here, she obviously needed me too....needed a sounding board *and* needed not to be alone. so lots of conversations....thinking about the future...about what we want in the future....it was good ( Read more... ) -
Homeward bound
After 5 days of escape, heading home tomorrow. I can feel the dread settling in my chest....trying not to let it overwhelm me. Being here I've not needed the anxiety meds...and when I did get hit with anxiety I got through it. I need to remember that I can get through it.

Xtine offered to fly me to NH for treatments at her clinic and hideouts in happy blue room....and i hate owing people money...but o so want to go....
I also, however, kinda wanna just GO....the adult version of "you'll be sorry when I'm gone" perhaps....

it shouldn't be necessary to involve the ADM....but after emailing my boss and the assistant TWICE yesterday, when i included the ADM today, suddenly assistant got back to me this afternoon and ADM herself is checcking into issue. doesn't mean i'm getting paid, but hey, its something ( Read more... ) -
