GPA Motherf*#^er!
Holy knob. I just checked my uni results and it turns out I passed. The assignment I handed in 10 days late earned me a high distinction for that course, meaning that my GPA is now 4.625 and I'm passing. It's not a great result, but at least I'm not going to fail. Hooray for procrastination & sweet talking my way out of shit!

Ouch. GPA fell from a 6.00 in semester 1 to a 3.833 in semester 2, courtesy of a fail in Film Production. Although I'm hoping my 'pending result' for my final assignment in Screen History will help bump me up to a flailing pass. We'll see... -
Little Birdy
Went to see Little Birdy at The Tivoli last night, and they were fantastic. I almost didn't go because I left it until yesterday morning before work to try and find someone to go with, but luckily Zoe agreed to come along. I went to see Sarah Blasko at The Tivoli last night with a friend. It was the first time I'd been to The Tivoli, and I was glad to see we were still able to get tickets at the door considering how small the venue is. Well, it's been 3 days since the end of January, and 3 days since Sonja and Meike left for Germany. I went to see them off at the airport on Tuesday along with about 7 others.
