There was another swing dance party tonight and I had so much fucking fun! I am getting really good at this! (Well....compared to how I was in the beginning.) This has been a rough week.

took the train to Maine yesterday. This was the first time my brother had ever been on the train and it ended up being late by stopping for like 20 minutes because there was a CRACK in the rail. awesome.

I went to the animal shelter today to pet all the baby kitties. There was this one fat old black cat that was so sweet and she stayed in my lap purring forever. aww! I miss having a cat.

The food run for the homeless was last night. Not many people ended up showing up. Maybe like seven people? But it was enough to get the job done. We made peanut butter & jelly sandwiches and put them in brown paper baggies, along with an apple and some dried apricots. No one actually wanted to go outside to the drop off spots...which kind of hurt ( Read more... )
