I am very very very dumb. And I get into these stupid stupid cycles where I get confused about what I want and who I want and I am unaware of how I might hurt other people. I just need something but I am going to all the wrong places to get it

you shouldn't worry about that at all. i am the exact same way... and it sucks because it's like why can't i just be like everyone else and know what i want and who i want without hurting anyone... because it seems like most people can just do that so easily. but that isn't the case at all, because there are others who get this way and it sucks. it's okay, you’re not alone...
