Back in the Saddle Again
By which I mean my back is functional! Hooray!
Lots of stretching. Lots of movement in general, and lots of ibuprofen and I braved Capoeira tonight. I had to take it easy on a couple of movements and I didn't even attempt Au Batido. I’ve written an essay that may outlive me.
I put together a personal website back in ’00, and I added essays to it periodically over the few years following. I haven’t done much with it since around ’03 or ’04. Voter turnout
Every couple of seasons of whatever sport you like, there is a semifinal round match-up that promises to be the "real" Super Bowl/World Series/Stanley Cup/Whatever. It might be because the teams are big rivals or because they're considered the two best teams or what have you.
