The Pope's coming to town this weekend and for the past few month's Philadelphia's been preparing, fixing up subway stations and putting up "Watch out for Terrorists!" signs.  I've been preparing in my own way by stocking up on booze, toilet paper and scented candals.  I realized today it's the same way I prepare for a snow storm

The memes inspired by the rows of port a potties have been hilarious. My favorite said "It was a typo! It was supposed to say the POPE is coming!"

Lol also while i haven't gotten scented candles I've also been stocking up for my own "confinement." You'd think i was a medieval queen about to give birth.

Are you in the "confinement zone?" It's going to be crazy here. I walked past a Starbucks today where the lobby (for want of a better word) was full of boxes. Once the fences go up on Friday, that's it. No deliveries. If you run out of something there's no ordering more (until Monday).

I hadn't thought about that, but, yes, everything fits together. And I was thinking this morning I have to buy fresh fruit before the city is locked down on Friday. You know, fresh fruit for the fiber.
