Surprise!
I ended up really enjoying the movie. I would not call it "great" but it was definitely enjoyable and quite a fair representation of an 850 page book. I think they hit most of the important parts, and while there were a couple of things that really stuck out as "not quite right," overall it was pretty good. Luna was dead-on. AP Scores
I'm stunned. I really have no idea what to say.
I got the 5 I hoped for in Latin (!), and the 4 in English isn't too surprising (but nevertheless pleasant). But... a 4 in History!? And... a 5 in Chemistry!?!?!? Both of those, I would have been happy just to pass it! I thought there was no way I would get higher than a 3 on either!

I hate how they go on about calling themselves "animal rights' activists" when they do stuff like that link talks about and when their actual goal is that there be no more domestication of animals ever at all. BDUBS party
Dan got home from Italy yesterday so a bunch of us went out to lunch to hear about the trip (Dan loved Italy - he said he'd rather live there than here...). I'm not exactly sure what BDUBS stands for... Wild Buffalo Wings or something. Last day!
School's finally out for the summer - seems rather unreal, like it just finally came up all of a sudden. And that means I'm officially a senior... weird.
No luck talking to my choir teacher today. Basically she said she doesn't really have any more control over it... so I'm stuck. Pooh. -
