Still haven't had the nerve to weigh myself. I ran and took lax today but I doubt I magicly lost 10 lbs in a few days. Tomorrow I will weigh in and start charting progress.

No idea my weight I guess around 110. I can't believe I let myself go what I need to find is a good diet pill. I miss ephedra. Well within the next 2 weeks I hope to shed ten pounds. Go go starvation diet. Hope I can find some willpower cuz I have no ephedra.

 Didn't bother weighing myself today I know i must have gained I screwed up so big. I am a failure .Tommorrow I will get on the scale and face the music.

 OK I was off awhile but I am back and fat again. I am 108-110 I am afraind to weigh myself. Sometimes I hope to get sick just to lose weight. My new goal is 93 pounds.And today I start a 10 fast.It might end on the 17th and it might not depends if the b/f decides to go to the bachalor party at the strip clup.

How after 2 days not eating I eat one meal and gain 2 lbs. How the fuck is that fair ? I played by the rules I stayed in line I went hungry for what ? My body is on to me it knows and it's pissed. Well body when you give me what I want you can have what you want so stop fucking with me. Just let me be comfortable in my skin!

108.0 I am staring to feel so much better. The child support started coming in and hopefully I can give my son a nice birthday without having to ask for money this year.
