First off, I've had a week off/light week from training for the holiday season, but even without the heavy workout and Wing Chun, I've still managed to stay on track for losing my 1~2lbs. a week, and if I continue, I should be below 20% body fat (putting me into the "normal" category for males) before the Power Endurance cycle which starts probably ( Read more... )

Okay, official training begins today. Monitoring what I'm eating and controlling the calories and the systematic conditioning program. So, home I sit, taking another day off to recover, although I feel less wounded today. Had weird dream about hearing my stitching pop out (though I doubt the sound resembles guitar strings being plucked).

I have had many teeth yanked out of my mouth, had to deal with annoying gauze and the worry of if I should still be bleeding or not, spitting up much bloods, and liquid diet for probably a few days, etc. etc...but then...charged butt loads of money for it too.

Fallen off the training wagon, but things have been hectic at work recently and I've needed rest. Some of the guys are starting up heavy training in Nov. with me and that should solidify the program, it's easier to stay motivated when you have others with you.
