I have exactly 4 weeks left till my birthday. Okay, so I'm going hardcore till then. I'm going to do an hour on the treadmill each night even if it's just walking.

Running: 30 minutes (20-1-10) aka week 9, day 1
July 28th:
Weight: 169.2 My goal is to be 166 again by Monday.
Walking: 60 minutes of walking at 3.2
