Week 2- 1) 30 minutes, 2) 30 minutes, 3) 30 minutes
Week 3- 1) 30 minutes, 2) 30 minutes, 3) 30 minutes (w3- increase to 1.5 incline)
Week 4- 1) 30 minutes, 2) 30 minutes, 3) Fastest Mile possible on track, 4) 35 minutes
