I'm beginning to remember how I felt about rain when growing up in Albuquerque. Rain is a rare event there. I have started getting up at (more or less) five in the morning. It's amazing how productive that time can be. The yoga class went really well. The teacher was very friendly and made sure I was doing everything correctly. I have major balance issues, though--I was trembling, not from the effort of holding the stretch but from trying not to fall down! I did fall once, but that's pretty good for me, honestly.
