I'm an intern!!!
Yessss! I got a call in the middle of my Projects in Music Industry class from Erin with the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra. She offered me the internship "If I still wanted the position". Of course I do!!! It's a shame that it's unpaid, but there is apparently a free parking lot within 15 minutes walking distance...so we'll see. I'm also going to ( Read more... ) -

We have moved...finally. It took forever and a day (or just one day) to move two blocks from our previous apartment only to realize we have accumulated too much shit to fit into our new abode. Oh summer classes. I have never experienced them before this summer and I hope that I shall never again. Cramming one semester of information into four weeks of lecture with one test each week is horrendous. I just do not have time to wrap my head around the concepts of organizational theory and design. I am semi-excited to visit Winona this weekend. I will be happy to see my parents and happy to see Seth. I have no clue what I'll do though. Mostly sitting around wishing I was bored in Mankato? Internship woes
Last night I was unable to sleep because something about my internship dawned on me. I will be commuting from Mankato to St. Paul everyday because I can't afford 2 apartments, subleasing half of my room isn't an option, and I would just like to stay in Mankato as long as I can. Oh life
Still alive in Mankato and I've almost made it through the first week of summer classes. I get paid tomorrow, but it will all be spent on bills and groceries and such.
