Yep. Still sick. This is getting ridiculous. I can't remember the last time I spent this long sick with sinus problems. I think it's been building for a long time. I've been having sinus issues on and off for a couple of months now, and it's finally come to a head. I think the oxygen bar we decided to try in Vegas was the icing on the cake. I just watched Benjamin Button. I haven't weighed myself, but I'm guessing that the water weight has diminished, since I spent the last thirty minutes crying. Seriously!? WTF?!

I'm freaking out over water weight....again. No one gains 3.5lbs of fat in three days. I know that this is water weight, but it came on almost a week ago and it hasn't gone away.
