i have to read 100 pages of pushkin, stuff from the bible (i have no idea how much because it's in the $30 course reader, which i have yet to buy), and prepare a presentation on cortázar this weekend. among a lot of other things ( Read more... ) -

apparently, i am almost 5'5" and not 5'3". my whole life is a lie. i wish i had brought a measuring tape with me to college, because i am obsessed with heights and really need to know mine exactly right now.

i am just so happy. i go out and the sun drenches everything with this warm white light and i walk around and stare at everything and it's just all so big and great and perfect and madness and sweetness. i love this life. -

a perfect day. a noon screening of the 400 blows, (the ifc center is showing truffaut every weekend at noon until thanksgiving, and then an all day doinel marathon). then i went to washington square park and read for three hours. i finished camara laye's the dark child. i came back to my dorm and made dinner. i got some more of my school books in ( Read more... )
