I've been crap about keeping up with anything the last several days. I'e been swinging back and forth between depressed and manic a lot this month due to stuff that happened this time of year two years ago, plus all sorts of other bullshit. So a couple months ago we got this outrageous water bill with our rent statement. $140. FOR WATER. That we didn't even use.
