We went out for a walk in the woods yesterday, and I noticed that the birds are returning. Still technically winter here, still snow on the ground( but melting) , and the forest is once again filled with the sounds of birds. I am giggling a lot. I have joined a lot of online weight loss challenges to keep myself motivated on this weight loss journey. My main reason for doing so has been to be a good buddy, mentor and role model for my son and get him to a healthy weight.
