The blaze on the seventh floor really damaged some rooms. I would like to offer my assistance in doing what I can to repair or put them right again.

There needs to be a form of organization in the apartments. We need to make routine runs to the convenience store and hospital; greet newcomers readily; preform upkeep on the safe room, holding cell and red tape supply; look for a way out and also to check the streets for any signs of activity.
