I've been short-listed at the Toronto Star and they want to interview me!! In fact, the woman said shw was "anxious to meet me." YEA!!! Interview will be the week of August 15, so i have a few days to just be excited before I get super nervous again. :) But I'm just relieved! It's amazing sometimes how a trip back to someone's home town can make you understand the person that much better, even in cases where you knew them extremely well to begin with. I'm surprised at how sporatic my entries have been lately. I think a lot of that is attributable to a higher tolerance for my office. I'm slightly busier, and I just wound down a most satisfactory recruit. Besides, I officially only have 1 month left here! Plans to jump ship are still under way.
