My iPod has finally completely pooped out, I think. It won't turn on at all now. I am pretty blue. But, I guess that means I'll buy a new one, the ones that play video. So I guess it'll be ok.

But I find out tomorrow which full-time class I'll be in. I'll feel much better then.

Ok, update on the full-time situation. Apparently, people have until Wednesday to decide if they're going to go or not, so by Wednesday I should know what class I'll be in. But the second class is looking likely. Even if I am in the second class, I'll be full-time in October!!! My new car is calling my name, I can hear it now...

Woooo hooo!!!! I got the memo. The FREAKIN FULL TIME MEMO. They want me. They want me soon. I did the record review. I am clean as a whistle. They are having three classes back to back, and I should be in the bottom of the first or the top of the second! HOLY CRAP!! I find out Friday what class I'll be in, I think. I think visiting Connie messed with my head somehow. I have lately been having strange, unexplainable thoughts about marriage and babies... Something is very wrong with me.

Argghhh!! So I really wanted to go to Yanni's last night. Michelle and Julie and I were there, and they are closed for their annual vacation!!! The last three years in a row I've tried to go to Yanni's on or around my birthday, and they've been closed. You'd think I'd get the message.

I was stuck in an oven bus for 3 1/2 hours today. I was sweating so profusely that my sunglasses kept fogging up. I was completely drenched in sweat. Luckily the mechanics had a sprinkler set up in the yard. A bunch of drivers have run through it. Talk about group showers!! Oh la la!

So the Metro Roadeo was Saturday.... FRICKIN AWESOME! I'm definitely participating next year. For those of you who don't know, it's an annual event where drivers compete taking buses through an obstacle course. What's really neat is they program special codes so that the sign on the bus says your name so that your audience can keep track of you ( Read more... )

Well, I had a tremendous weekend. The union picnic was Saturday, my opportunity to shine. And do a little bit of networking. I got my hair looking all perdy, put on my new skirt, a pair of sandals, and a cute top and I was ready to go. Ugh, so I had the worst morning. I strolled out to the parking garage at about 5:10am only to find that the left front tire of the car was COMPLETELY FLAT! Aaahh, I freaked out and called my mom.
