This is it, you guys. I'm finally done. I'm so proud of it. I love these girls so freaking much, and I wanted to do them justice. I hope I did.

Hahahah I've been waiting for a primer like this for like two years. Probably more. They just all...UGH. Steal my heart. Break my heart. Whichever. Super job with everything. I learned things and saw new pics. Huzzah! I'll probably come back and reread it multiple times.

Okay, I have a few things to say:

1. I'd totally do them, but I'm still a little freaked out by how skinny they are. That picture where Audrey has donuts piled on her head makes me want to shout "EAT THEM, YOU SILLY GIRL, EAT THEM."

2. Hanna Beth had a Yellow Submarine birthday cake! This fills me with glee.

3. I have some sort of perverse fascination with Jeffree Star. He's a douche, but he's an intriguing douche. Also I enjoy watching him and Davey Havok of AFI act like big ol' gaymos together. What?

4. This primer is awesome and you should post it to bandgirls.

They are kind of ridiculously skinny. On the plus side, I've seen like eighty videos of Audrey eating, so she totally does. SHE'S JUST THE TINIEST LITTLE PRINCESS!

I definitely don't hate Jeffree Star and I suspect if I started to look into him I'd just sit there in horrified fascination the entire time. Maybe someone should do a Jeffree Star primer and entitle it "The Intriguing Douche". I would read the shit out of that.

Man, is it wrong that the most coherent thing I can come up to say to this is I wish I could do makeup as well as them- they do such cool stuff with their eyeshadow etc! Jealous!

(Amazing post(s) though! And I now sort of know what you're talking about when you mention them- yay! Plus, I love gossip like friendship breakups and stuff- even when I have no idea who the people are. Is that wierd?!)

I CONCUR WITH THAT STATEMENT THOUGH. I wish I had such awesome makeup skillz. It makes me wonder if they get some kind of scene queen manual that tells them how to do their eyeliner just right.

THANK YOU! It means so much that you read it. I think these girls are completely fascinating and wonderful, but half of bandom doesn't even really care about them. AND I DON'T THINK IT'S WEIRD AT ALL. Pretty people and drama? Who wouldn't want to hear about that?

Um, hi! I'm...not actually sure how I got here? I was flipping through the 9000 or so tabs I have open and suddenly, hey, a picspam! (This happens a lot, oddly. I need to keep track of my tabs.) At first I was all, "Eh, sceen queens, I don't know..." but then I started reading anyway and it turned into, "ooh, Audrey's kind of pretty!" and "Jac is adorable!" and "hahaha, Ryan Ross, you CREEPER" and then the next thing I know it's after midnight and I've read the whole thing and now I'm kind of in love with all three of them. Um, whoops?

Anyway, stopping now before I start rambling too much, but basically: thank you so much for putting this together (I'm seriously in awe of how much work this must have taken) and for giving people (and me!) a chance to love these girls. All I've ever seen is hate for them, which is pretty horrible, you know?

I swear to god, tabs breed or something. I always have a million open and half the time I have no idea what any of them are.

Anyways, I appreciate this SO MUCH. I know the scene queens don't interest or appeal to a lot of people, but I was hoping that this primer would change some minds. That's the whole point! I think most of the hatred and negativity towards them comes from ignorance, so I figured if I could present them as real girls and not just as eye candy hanging off a dude's arm, they could earn some of the respect they deserve. I don't really mind if people dislike them (if we all liked the same things, life would be incredibly boring) I just wish the dislike would come from an educated point of view, not just a gut reaction to "she's a scene queen".

So basically the point of all that rambling is that comments like this honestly make my day. Thank you! \o/

WOW. Audrey is pretty much the most fantastic girl I've ever seen. Hanna Beth is still my favourite though. But Audrey does have incredible hair. And Jac's photography is amazing, I don't care what other people say.

Sometimes, no joke, I sit and just stare at Audrey's face and sigh helplessly. How does one girl get to be THAT gorgeous. IT DOES NOT COMPUTE.
