JEFFREE STAR IS AS TOTALLY AS BAD AS YOU SAY. Seriously. He knocked me down at an AFI show once and totally sneered in my face. Not great.
Audrey's actually really sweet, nice, and classy in person. I met her at Warped '07 and she and my mom had a fifteen minute discussion about manners and modeling.
And this is a little creepy: I know exactly where Hanna Beth's party was. It was at this place called skateland, which is in a kind of trashy part of the valley, which in case you're not from L.A., it's like the suburbs, around where California State University Northridge is.
Um, but yes. Fantastic job on the primer. THEY ARE SO PRETTY.
Doucheeeeebag. I have no idea where Jeffree Star's sense of entitlement comes from. He's not even CLOSE to the level of fame where you can say "Okay, he's a douche, but he's so famous he's clearly forgotten how actual people act." Which wouldn't excuse his behavior, but at least he'd have a reason for it.
That's so awesome! I've heard that Audrey is really wonderful to her fans, but it's great to hear a firsthand experience.
Psh, that's not creepy at all. Creepy is the fact that I sometimes wish I lived closer to where these girls hang out. NOT TO LIKE, BE INCREDIBLY WEIRD AND FOLLOW THEM AROUND, BUT. Just so I could see them in person sometime. I have a problem. I am aware of this.
Seriously though, thank you so much for commenting. It gives me warm fuzzies!
It's no problem, you just can't not comment on a post full of pretty girls!
It is totally not creepy to want to live closer to them, it's only creepy when you steal your mom's real estate information to try and find out where Pete Wentz lives.
Gathering information is TOTALLY okay. It's just scientific research. The only problem is when you find yourself outside Pete's house at 3 in the morning filming Hemmy through a window. NOT THAT I WOULD. OF COURSE.
IT'S OKAY TO BE SHALLOW. THESE GIRLS GIVE US PLENTY OF REASON TO BE.
I am totally 100% fine for taking the blame. Sometimes I wish LJ would allow us unlimited icon space so I could have 100 icons of these girls. If not more. Shut upppp.
So, like, I've struggled with the scene queen thing for very personal reasons and I CONTINUE to struggle with the idea and concept of scene queens but what I love about this and about you is that you stripped that part away and brought Audrey, Jac and Hanna Beth as people. That completely dispelled the issues I've had that have kept me from being able to love them (except in flashes in the past, like the time Audrey and Brendon went to Disneyland fucking WHAT?! or when Jac posted a picture of Ryan and the caption simply said "mine
( ... )
I apparently danced in the vicinity of Hanna Beth (and Trace Cyrus) to Cobra Starship at a January show and had NO IDEA AT ALL. But I did keep staring at her, thinking, "Love, love her style," and the friend she was with was also all scene-y. And also I probably thought she looked familiar. ANYWAY. POINT: I wish I'd known!
Thanks for doing this so much! Scene queens are kind of my massive guilty pleasure, and all I ever hear/see about them is ridiculous and mean. Jac's photography always gets love from me; I can just sit on her site and click through for hours. I love, love that you took the time to do this. ♥♥♥
Oh man, that's hilarious. At least you have the excuse of not knowing, though. If I saw Hanna Beth anywhere, I think my brain would shut down and I'd have to run and hide behind a pole. IT'S JUST TOO MUCH PRETTY TO HANDLE.
While I'll never understand why fandom continues to have so much hate for these amazing girls, seeing people care about this post makes me feel like there's still hope. Thank you for commenting!

I'm itching to open Photoshop and make myself some icons or a mood theme or something. You're okay with taking the blame for that right? Good. :)
