Got in 5 miles today... a bit other than planned. Got to the gym and went to start the iPod to listen to another podcast and it didn't start. 100 Mile Challenge - T minus 2, M minus 4 (or 11)
Got in 8 miles today in two different sessions - the first 5 miles just after 8AM when my fitness places opened and another 3 around noon. Got Jerky?
Currently fullauto likes Oberto Original Beef Jerky best for a decent source of post-workout protein that is portable, easy to store, etc. I tracked some down, but now he's concerned about the relatively high salt content and Oberto doesn't make a low or no-salt version of their jerky at this time ( Read more... )
