Okay, I effed up hugely today. I had my usual b-fast and a SlimFast bar for a snack, but later I was hungry and it was around lunch time, and I had one more class and the drive home. Okay, I didn't get any exercise in today. =( I was at my parents' house pretty much all day long. I just got home at ~11:30. :/ My uncle was in town. We've not seen him in 10 years, since my grandfather's funeral. It was a complete surprise. He's cool, he's just like my dad, only... laid back. So, that's why I didn't walk. Well, today was a good day as far as eating goes. I woke up this morning (early classes--0800) and I was dead tired. I didn't feel like going to school, but I did.
