i lost a pound over night :) that makes 1.4 in two days. tonight for dinner im probably just going to have a small salad because my mom wont be home until 630ish so i will just tell her that i ate some pasta or something equally as fattening haha.

i have hit a plateau. it seems like this weight will never come off! and this long weekend will be extra hard to keep it off because im probably gonna be drinking so i will have to save calories for taht. and i will be with my firneds so they will make me eat :(

my week is going pretty amazing i am already at my friday goal weight so i am pretty darn happy. next week goin for 120ish ( i have been able to lose about 3lbs a week) i really need to get to 116!!!!!!!!

well, date went well :) it was really fun and he asked me what i was doing next weekend. well this was friday- its now monday. is it normal to not hear from a guy for a while afterwards? i suppose it is- maybe he just doesnt want to seem too desperate or whatever?

ever since i have cut back on my calories (about 50%) haha, i have lost  2 pounds in two days. the funny thing is, it wasnt even hard. like i didnt feel any hungrier and its been so easy just to say no to food. i have to eat in front of my parents and friends but its minimal and they havent noticed...yet. they pick up on things pretty quick.

today was a good day. this weekend was not. but i did a good job of making up for it today- all i ate was a salad and tomorrow i hope will go the same way.
