It's not all really relative.
Turns out Taylor Swift is my fifth cousin. My nephew has been researching our ancestry. My mom's great great great great grandfather and her dad's (same) are the same guy. I think I got that right. This stuff makes me more confused than usual.

RSD/CRPS
This amazing teen has summarized very well what I live with daily. I volunteer with HeretoHelp RSD, whose goal is to promote awareness of this illness. Mostly everybody, including a doctor whom I visited yesterday FOR RSD, is not aware of it. Nature Trail
Yeah, well, I fell twice on leaf covered branches. And my face got scratched by the ever present brambles (blackberries mostly) in the woods. Got one knee scraped (the jeans lived) but hurt my wrist. Bad wrist made for a bad day yesterday and a bad sleep last night, but at about 6:30 AM I fell asleep hard, and now it feels better ( Read more... ) -
STRESS
Crawling out of my skin with stress and insomnia. Samson and I are going to attack the nature trail to see what is clear after maybe two years of neglect. Wish me luck. I predict: mud in my very near future. The last time we did this, my boot came off my foot in quicksand like mud sucking boot stuff. More later. -
What the heck, back steps???
Yesterday I thought it would be fun to take both dogs to the dog park. It's been harder for Shady to get in and out of the car (I think we are getting a ramp to solve this) and she has been aggressive with dogs her size or larger....not to the point of fights, but growls, and not the playful kind.
