hi, i'm nicole and i moved to frederick (well, walkersville really) a couple months ago to live with my fiance. i like it here, but i don't really know anyone besides him. are any of you frederick types fun to hang out with? i was also wondering if there were any groups around here that go hiking/canooing/other recreational goodness.

No one's posted anything in a while. I'm not comming home for Christmas this year and I thought I would share... I miss all the lighted trees on Market St, the christmas displays in the windows, the horse-drawn carriages on the weekends, christmas shopping downtown, a frozen Culler Lake, decorated row houses, Gambril State Park after it snows....
