It's pretty swish. I'll be glad to not be carrying around a seperate iPod, at any rate.

grats. Despite my assholeish comment in IRC, you most likely bought your iPhone for a similar reason I bought my smartphone - I was sick of carrying both a PDA and a cellphone. IIRC, you take public transit to work, too? If that's the case, then yeah I'd agree that was a smart purchase.

Yeah, pretty much. Carrying a phone and an ipod around, and then if I wanted to watch anime on the bus trip to work, that meant carrying my psp too. The iphone fulfills all those needs, so it was worth it just for that. The other smartphone features are just gravy, really.

I'm not a hardcore apple anything, but I can recognise a good piece of kit when I see it :)
