Maintenance
After an enforced period of sloth due to medical issues and surgery I've regained most of the weight I had lost starting back in December. Yesterday was my first day back at the gym. Post Surgery Thoughts
It's funny how little crises can force one to examine life perspectives. And then after you spend all of that time in examination things can just change for you, almost effortlessly. An Essential Challenge
Today was a good day. I've had some good days in the last few weeks but today is a really good day. I found out that I don't have cancer.
I still have to have surgery to remove this big ass cyst and I might lose my left ovary, but the 9cm cyst will be gone in less than two weeks by means of an outpatient laproscopic procedure. Bless the gods for ( Read more... )
