I am so proud to have been a part of this historic moment! Mom just called from NC and she was in tears of joy. Now I'm up EARLY watching CNN, waiting for Obama to speak. I can hardly believe the news!

May God truly bless America and help the new President and his team. They have their work cut out for them!

Just bought tickets to see Gogol Bordello in Hamburg at the end of November. I must say, I have become rather addicted to them since I saw them last year in Munich. ;) I'm ready to dance the night away, yet again! I need that, badly!

Loads of people riding unicycles, and a guy on a bike thingy this morning at the train station where he was almost horizontal! Didn't look too comfortable, but my friend said those things are supposed to be better for your back...as he nearly ran into us, I got the feeling that it was difficult to navigate the thing ( Read more... )
