I did some scouting around for budgeting software for Palms. I haven't tried any of these programs yet, but of the ones I found these looked promising:

I forgot to mention this when I did my original post on why Tivo and cable are a good luxury investment - thanks to them I can also record exercise programs off of FitTV. This then saves me the money I would have spent on a gym membership, plus I'm more likely to actually do the exercise because now I can work it into whenever I have a free moment ( Read more... )

Being frugal isn't always spending the least amount of cash, it's about spending your cash wisely, and on what you want to spend it on.

Along that lines, sometimes the best thing we can do for our frugal lives is spend a lot now, so we can reap a lot of benefits and/or save a lot later.

Okay, it's been long enough for people to weigh in if they want to. It looks like the response to allowing referral offers on the group is a guarded neutral at best, and a few strongly against at worst.
