Working at camp again this summer as a counselor was amazing.  Not only did I get to spend much of my time outside teaching activities such as windsurfing and wakeboarding, but I also got to meet some amazing people and get to know some old friends better.  It was a great summer, with a few ups and downs along the way.

 It's a new era.  New place, new priorities and finally the final piece of the puzzle: a new job.  I'm not sure how it happened, but I somehow managed to convince a law firm to hire me as a receptionist despite my lack of interest in lawyer-ish things and complete lack of administrative experience.  Seriously though, how hard can it be to answer ( Read more... )

Italy, June 4

We were checking out cute boys all day on the beach today - cute baby boys, that is:
"Oh, look at that little one with the dew rag!"
"Awww...his little swim trunks are adorable!"
"Woops! That one's peeing!"

Our week-long trip to Mexico was a blast, we had the privilege of completing a cinder-block house for a woman with a baby girl and an older daughter and son.
