Ok its been 7 days of eating completely clean, yet i have lost no weight. So frustrating! I have to keep going and im going to start eating less!! I can do this. Im motivated to keep going now. im so tired today. sleepy tired. ive started restricting agian. i feel so fat. i took a shower and let the water fall on me for a long time. i had so many thoughts about my fat. i feel like im relapsing again. it feels great yet it feels miserable. i am painfully aware of waht im doing and why ? i want to prove i can.

i have to go to a family party and it sucks
im not working out today im just focusing not eating!!
