i am back from all my traveling and from vegas. feeling fat and ugly today. im going to fast today, i havent fasted in ages. ugh wish me luck women.

Just got home from yoga. Class was great! I seriously dread coming home because when i get home my willpower starts to go away. But its getting better. Didnt weigh myself today but ate less today. Yesterday ate alot less as well and woke up and did an hour of spin class. Today woke up and did yoga. I love the yoga it feels so great!!

Lots of water, teas
1 container cottage cheese - 250-300 cals
lettuce w/spray dressing
yoplait yogurt
