There definitely needs to be research done on the subject! I've been hoping to find stuff on the Network, but so far, bupkis as far as the eye can read.

Some people get in some really good research, but it's hard around here. The deities aren't too free with their information.

I've been here about two weeks? I was kind of lucky in that people from my world were all ready here--though I'm from the future relative to their present.

The clock. And if it's just a really annoying metronome or if it serves some other purpose. I'm also trying to find out more about these "deities" but I don't anticipate finding out a lot. Also, finding out *why* people forget when they leave and return. Is it a natural effect of being reinserted into their timeline, or is it deliberate to prevent "contamination?"

Translation: I have a lot of questions, but no coherent plan of attack to answer them just yet due to curses and new job.

I think those are questions everyone's trying to figure the answers to. So far it's slow going, and it probably even specific to each individual.

I've heard that story down the grapevine too, but... is there anything about what kinds of monsters are down there? Or whether someone's gotten close enough to the field to be able to tell how it works?
