Thanks. You know of course that you and my fellow NaNo participants last year are a huge part of what prompted me to concentrate on original fiction instead of fanfiction this year. So huge thanks to you guys especially.

Wow, they do work fast. Do you have to have a DW account to see your original writings?

No. I just set that up so that this journal, which was only intended to be a fanfic archive, doesn't get swamped with updates about the original fiction stuff.

The actual original writings won't be posted over at DW, except for maybe a few extracts.

What I am going to do is have the general news updates like the ones I have posted this week, just over there, but will cross post the actual "book is out now" posts. That way there will only be a few posts about original fiction and not a whole load of them.

I am the same with my LJ. To actually get anything done I have had to cut back on a lot of distractions, and my LJ friend list is unfortunately one of the biggest distractions there is.
