Not dead! Just look that way. :)

Hrm. Figured I was past due for an update on what's new and exciting in my life. Got through this round of med school applications. Hopefully it will come to fruition. In my interview at Memorial to see why they didn't decide to admit me last semester, they pointed out that there was every confidence that I could do the work (as evidenced by my ( Read more... )

I've seen recenter pictures (thanks largely in part to my frosty connections) and you didn't look all that dead. You did in fact, look pretty darn happy and I'm glad to hear that it's not all staged for pictures happy. I'm pleased to hear of the med school progress and I'm again crossing as many parts as possible for you to get in (including my eyes ( ... )

Good ole frosty. :) He's as sound as a pound, that one.

I take issue with the long-term bachelor/ladies man label! I've only been in TWO relationships as long as you've known me, both WELL over 2 years, and I've been entirely faithful the entire time! How did that land me a label as a man-about-town? :)

Lately, I haven't been doing all the things I need to do as well as I should, so I've been cutting down on the internet life some, but still keeping in contact with the loved ones from afar. You should email. Definitely very big hugs. Be well, dear.

I didn't mean to offend or imply that you've been unfaithful, not at all. It's more a feeling you put out, the bachelor thing, because you've got charisma and the talent to make a woman feel important (not to mention you're cute and a damn good flirt). Really, it's that you can charm a girls pants off that makes me say that, because in my head, married men must somehow lose that charm. Course, that's just me and my silly notions. :)

I'll do my best to try that email phenomenon you speak of. I can't say how long it'll take my slow ass, but...

Also, since I most likely won't see you before Friday, Happy Birthday!
I hope it's a wonderful day filled with fun, family, friends and the things that mean the most to you. Much love, sugar.

Actually, in some of the pictures from the stag party we threw for my pal Phonse I look as if it's my first contact with women at all. It's pretty damned funny. Good to have reminders in the form of photographs, really, since I remember very little from the entire night. It seems every time the camera shows up I forgot how to smile, and decided to leer instead. Good times, y0. :)

An update is fun nonetheless. My toes are crossed on the med school apps. It'll be nice to have a doctor in the family. :)

I defy you to find one of those in Newfoundland at this time of the year. :)
She's getting tickets to the symphony instead, plus other odds and ends.
