it was a lonely, shitty christmas eve. but i felt better after i went to midnight mass. its funny because i hate church.

24 hour christmas story is on. if you know whats good for you put tbs on and watch it at least once.

the longest week in my life is almost over. 45 hours this week. i cant wait to take it easy this weekend. just one more day; though they say there will be nearly nothing, about 20,000 pieces. if this is so i expect to be out by 3 am.

still need to buy presents

i called in. i regret the fact that i lost 7 or so hours of wages, but i was so tired.

its almost christmas. we are all getting jipped on hours at work. the district manager is bieng anal over breaks so my boss has been trying to figure out if we need them or not based on the freight load. she screwed up twice. one day all 3d shift took a 30 min break, and we got out at 5 so we didn't need one. yet on friday we didn't get a break and ( Read more... )

i am very tired. i had very little sleep. its going to be bad for the next two weeks. we are starting a sunday sort from 8 till whenever. probaly no more than 4 hours. it sucks because it cuts into my unwinding time. i bet i will be all tired that week.

i need to get some shopping done

3 more weeks left of peak. last week wasn't bad, probaly 33 hours or so. we are starting a sunday sort next weekend, and possibly a day sort. i am not working days. fuck that. i think i am going to look for another job in january when the hours go down.
