Floating miles up, somewhere in the upper stratus unable to move, catching portions of the conversations around me, fighting the line that is anchoring me to the earth and tethered to the toilet in the next room. From up there, the sight of the earth is dizzying, and my tether to the earth was ever so unbreakable.
