maybe i am slipping into the position of murakami protagonist. perhaps my friends have coralled me into a self fulfilling prophecy  substituting my persona into their imaginations while reading- and perhaps they were onto something, deep in their subconscious, that foretold of such a possibility- perhaps, but nothing is certain.

back from san francisco, for a couple days now, and i am restless- the heat does not help.

this morning i had dreams about a fictional pie shop.  my imagination went further, to produce what it believes a blueberry sour cream pie would look and taste like. according to my imagination, not bad, not bad at all.
