while standing on the lawn, short leash in hand with urinating dog on the other end, i noticed a distinctive ring circling the moon. once upon a time i heard that such a ring symbolizes impending rain. i have no hard facts supporting this theory, but I'm pretty sure its as good a guess as the weather man and his computer aided voodoo.
