I'm sorry to hear about your co-worker! That is so sad and scary. I always think about my heart when I'm doing a strenuous hike and I'm out of breath because I have a heart condition and I'm always like "I'm going to have a heart attack"....so true and unfortunate that it could REALLY happen even though myself and most other people are healthy for the most part. I hope you are doing ok *hugs*

Thanks babe, I'm doing good. It is extremely scary, though. When you think of something like that, you would imagine someone totally unhealthy and unfit. It's not like that, though. Both this guy and my boss's husband who died from a heart attack earlier this year were fairly young and fit guys. *sigh* Make sure to take care of yourself!
