weekend was good. saw houghton friends. stayed in a freezing cabin without running water. had an early thanksgiving meal last night and leftovers today. good stuff. pumpkin pie should be available more than once a year.

now i'm settling in for a nice long night of bill-paying, city of heroes, and sleep.

looks like the mirror incident is going to turn out just fine. i went down to the recommended autobody shop about an hour ago to get an estimate. the guy snipped my mirror off, ordered another one, and told me to come back tomorrow where he'd install it in 15 minutes tops. he's even going to bill the car wash directly. i wonder if i can convince ( Read more... )
