I spent the day in the city with pilot guy (I have decided I like that name), going to the Powerhouse and Maritime Museum because there was free entry. The Powerhouse museum is actually pretty cool, the maritime, not so much. We then went for a walk around Darling Harbour, and went and listened to some of the bands they had playing. I finally have my computer set up enough to use! The cable is purchased (the parents paid for cat 6, so they didn't have to drive me to somewhere that sold cat 5). I'm having problems moving files between computers, so I had to use my USB drive to move music. But it's a pretty good set up. The speakers aren't great, but it's still good. :D ( Read more... )

My new computer was delivered today. It is of the shiny. The screen is so huge! Unfortunately it isn't hooked up to the net yet, so I can't use it much. But it does have a DVD player, so I can finally play some DVDs I've had for awhile ( Read more... )
