Things have been hectic...NAS (Naval Air Station) Keflavik is closing! So guess what gang...I may be home in just a couple of months! well i went on tuesday to get my MRI and the orthopedist was right...i have a tear in my meniscus. as of right now i don't know the severity but i may have to have surgery. I go back to see the orthopedist here on base at 0815 on Dec. 29. I'm kinda nervous, kinda scared...i know i'll be ok...but i'm still scared cause it hurts alot. So pretty much ( Read more... )

about 3 months ago i hurt my right knee walking up some damn stairs, its been hurting me ever since. i try not to do anything too difficult so that way it keeps the pain away as much as possible. i've seen the doctors here and they don't seem to know whats wrong with me...but the last orthopidist told me that I have a possible miniscus tear. it ( Read more... )

well here i am...4 months into my tour here in Iceland. Its beautiful, it really is. My days for work are pretty normal, I work from 7:30 am to about 2:45 to 4:30 depending if I am going to PT that day.
