I am simultaneously enthralled by and terrified of Kraft Food's cook Joanne Hoff. I think she may be one of the undead. But I like her easy recipes.

I have been searching for the perfect bread recipe but have yet to find it. It's going to be a yeast bread, not sourdough, and it's got to have...something.
