So I had the big news totally spoiled to me by all three of my brothers, within two minutes of each other. I am no longer speaking to any of them and have revoked all rights to Christmas presents from me.
Instead, I'll send *hugs* to jules1278 and post a cookie from A Gentle Bossa Nova, which is currently with my beta reader.

I wrote for about half an hour last night. It felt really good, and I had every intention of writing during my lunch break today. That didn't happen (I was too stressed out) but I did a bit of thinking about the back story that I'm going to have to include in A Gentle Bossa Nova.

Oh, hey, remember when I was writing A Gentle Bossa Nova? I have a hard time remembering, too. I've written a lot of it - chapters 1, 3, 4, 5, and 7. The morning radio show I listen to (which has NOTHING on the show I listened to when I lived in LA) usually opens each show with a bit in which they pretend they are characters on a TV show.
