Jess and I went to the beach for the first time this season. It was a little cold and cloudy but I had a very pleasant stay, except for losing my sun glasses in the ocean. I don't even care for football, yet I had a great time watching this game. My family always roots for the underdog, so we were cheering for the Saints. I make King Cake in honor of it. I went to a free Tai Chi class yesterday. I liked it a lot, it really was very relaxing. I had a headache coming in and my muscles were sore since I had worked out before the class and when we were done my headache was gone and my muscles were a lot better.
