I just received mail from Delgado. They'd like to meet with me! If I can nail down two classes from them, then Kathy and I are even closer to being able to support ourselves (again) in New Orleans!

I'm back from Bangkok, but most of you are on the mailing list, so you have already gotten the first two days adventures. More will be coming as fast as Kathy can get around to finishing them. That's it. I'm finished. It's done. Only 30 pages, but we'll see what the thesis advisor has to say about it.

There is something patently unfair about slaving over Mexican Hot Chocolate for hours while in the US over spring break, when I just melted a dallop of chocolate fudge frosting with some hot water and Swiss Miss sugar free hot cholcate mix and it tastes just as good.

Better even. Going to add a bit of cinammon and see how that works out.

So, Kathy's dinner didn't turn out to well...for her. The fish she bought was bad, although my black beans and Johnsonville brats were amazing. As was the little taste of black bean, Johnsonville brats, and tomato chili. The only brats we could find, though, were Johnsonville's Irish o' garlic, which Kathy doesn't like ( Read more... )
